Promoted sim Has Work Second Time Same Day

Ok -- Like I said, I -do- like how you can job hop in this game (compared to ts3) and not have to potentially wait multiple days. If this is the 'cost' of that I can learn to work around it, but it was definitely a surprise to get home from an 8-9 hour cooking shift, have 3 hrs off and go back for another 9 hour shift. 

I imagine in a more 'normal' game it'd be enough time to either cram a nap and meal, go in a little late, or write a note to call in 'sick' or something that day. There are options.

My sim finally got her promotion (the performace meter moved extra slow even though I did the daily task, went to work inspired and had the other goals complete). She was home for 2 hrs then had to go back to work as a sous chef as that starts at 8pm.  ( I think she came home at 5) 

I know from my experience with both sims 2 and 3 that normally even though the next promotion is later in the day and they don't overlap the sim would normally get 1 day of break between shifts after promotion ( not going 2ce to work in the same day!) 

so I think this might be a bug..... 

Also I noticed people were reporting a lot of errors with the maid, mine stops coming, I'm charged for an imaginary maid that never appears and if the sim that was the maid dies or is elder its not replaced. The Maid once waitied to be invited in then spent the entire time socialicing with the family and then left but I was still charged for the service. I've been unable to cancel the maid service and its just altogether very bugged. 

@Kacela_Ani Merged your thread with an existing report. I've talked to the devs at the time and they said it was no bug (see my post above).
