[PS4] Basketcase Sims 4 trophy doesn't unlock

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? To find the bug get a Sim in & out of every emostions in 24 Sims hours on PS4 and it won't unlock the basketcase trophy
What happens when the bug occurs? Just the trophy won't unlock
What do you expect to see? Nothing
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

I'm seeming to be having an issue with the basket case Sims 4 trophy on playstation 4. I have successfully managed to get a sim into all emotional states in 24 hours for the past week yet the trophy doesn't seem to be unlocking.
