[PS4] Sims get stuck doing interactions with baby in carrier

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Put an infant in the back carrier, ask an adult caregiver sim to do something that is apparently impossible to do with an infant in the back carrier for no good reason (sitting on a bed, knitting, changing another infant, etc.).
What happens when the bug occurs? The adult sim will completely glitch and be unable to do a single thing until you reset them or reload the game. The items queued will remain indefinitely, but the sim will not move.
What do you expect to see? Things working sensibly and correctly (i.e. sims being able to multitask basic things while carrying an infant), or at the least the actions canceling with a pathing issue bubble or something.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

The amount of things a sim can't do while carrying an infant in the back carrier is frankly absurd. Makes the whole thing very annoying, especially with a fussy baby who needs being held to sleep and will still bawl their eyes out three times before finally going to sleep only after their sleep is in the red while in a carrier.
