I'm having the same issue and it is really annoying. You cant leave and so you have a bad day on the job and then your performance goes down.

Thank you very much! Its weird. Sometimes it works other times it doesn't. Same with going on patrol. I'm at the point where I only go when I'm trying to earn a promotion and hope it will let me actually work.
