[PS5] Can't re-mount horse since exiting game while riding horse

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Save and exit the game while your sim is riding a horse. When you reload, all the Sims in the household will have reset and are no longer doing their current activity.
What happens when the bug occurs? My sim cannot mount his horse, and when I try to direct him somewhere the menu gives options such as "Canter here" with the horse icon. Choosing these options does nothing. I have the option to "Mount Horse" with other Sims, but choosing it does nothing.
What do you expect to see? I expect my sim to be able to mount his horse and do all the activities that entails.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
