Yes of course - i have uploaded her and called her “Bugged Sim 84f4846971” 

Also in my gallery is a sim household called occult challenge, in it is a vampire called Victoria Vatore, she’s got the bug with the makeup

    @84f4846971de1a8b Was your Sim ingame born ? The one with the clothing or from the gallery ?

    Looks like she's fine in my game

    If you download that gallery version into a new save, do you still have the issue ?
