@crinrict Unfortunately I've already repaired my game and cleared the cache, it fixed an endless loadscreen issue but sadly not this issue.
I tried another clear and repair one more time, just in case it has been fixed from my first attempt a couple of days ago to the last update. But, sadly no change.
@crinrict It is a possibility for Guidry. Or maybe the entire pack Paranormal causes some issues with the Lovestruck one, which will hopefuly be fixed sooner or later.
Maybe I'll try with other characters first (NPC or not and from basegame or other add-on) to see if issue still occurs.

Well. Actually, it seems that the "Guidry" issue is confirmed as I do not have any problem to schedule a date with another NPC/Sim using interaction menu or phonecall.
Probably some conflicts with ghosts, Paranormal pack and/or NPC with a specific role (or maybe a mix of this everything).
Fingers crossed that devs would fix it someday (no doubt they will) 🙂
