[PSP] Hair has bald spot with certain outfits

Hi, I have found the paranormal hair thats cornrows and shaved on the sides is broken for the NPC Orderly working in the hospital career
I have attached files of screen snippets. no CC in game. there is a bald spot. a crooked neck and appears as very close shaven hair.

How often does the bug occur? Since last update and ongoing since
What is your current game version number? I don't know the latest update end of Feb.
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All packs no kits
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Idk
What happens when the bug occurs? just visual error
What do you expect to see? the proper Supernatural pack hair as image attached
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods?No mods or CC
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? yes after end of Feb patch
