[PS/XB] LB/RB Button Stop working in CAS to Switch Outfit Category

I'm on the Xbox Series S and I have all the packs. Since the last major update, 1.94, the bumper buttons LB and RB no longer switch between outfit categories. I would report this on the actual bug report layout, but I can't find it.
