What happens when the bug occurs? trying to pay the star wars add on, every time...it makes it unplayable
What do you expect to see? not lagging constantly and playable, you know. working like it should.

This game is full of bugs and lagging; I have looked past most of it until now. The Star Wars add-on I purchased is completely unplayable! It lags constantly from the time I arrive until the time I leave. I feel like I got ripped off. It could have been the latest update but I have no idea since I did not play it until after the last update. I am at a point that even though I have spent a lot of money on this game and add-ons that I do not want to even play the game and I am considering not buying the next one. This has really upset me. Between this and the fact you guys made me purchase Spore again (even though I own the original), EA is really upsetting in general now. Why can't you guys just release a GOOD game and stop messing them up. I ask you to please fix these problems so I can enjoy your games. I just got hung up on by your customer service right after I said hello. I was calling for a refund of my money for this crap.
