Puzzles and Cross Stitches are Colorless

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them except for Lovestruck.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Been unable to fix it.
What happens when the bug occurs? Cross stitches and puzzles are colorless 100% of the time.
What do you expect to see? Colorful puzzles and cross stitches.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Both puzzles and cross stitches are colorless. They have never had color as long as I have been playing on my console. Nothing seems to fix it.
