Ranch Hand Manure/Chore Issues

I think this is a poor design choice, rather than a bug. You have to ask the Ranch Hand to collect manure every time you want them to do it, as it is not under the chore category, and instead is under the 'Ask to...' one. 

What that means is that anything under the chores tab will be remembered by the ranch hand to do, but anything under the ask to category will need to be manually done if you want them to do it. 

It works the same as the Butler's responsibilities. They will only make a meal if you ask them to, and since collecting the horse poo doesn't fall within the Livestock and horse care responsibility, you need to ask them to do it every time you want it picked up. Annoying but I think thats by design.

Because of how this works, if the ranch hand gets distracted or another sim intervenes, they won't pick up any more manure unless you ask them to do it again.  

You also mentioned that the Ranch hand forgets the assigned chores. I wasn't able to replicate this, as each day the ranch hand returns whatever arrangement of chores i have set are remembered. - Chores should be remembered, ask to ones wont be.
