Random weather (not mysterious weather)

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I am not even sure, it started randomly in summer. Not sure if it is a bug even, or I am missing something (please correct me)
What happens when the bug occurs? It is summer in Tomarang and it starts to snow randomly in the morning, but there is no mysterious weather event, neither in the calendar or the UI.
What do you expect to see? Not snow in Tomarang in summer, unless it is clearly specified it is the mysterious weather.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
