@FaShanable Did you patch ? I just tried the button now and it seems not working at all for me now. It doesn't seem to actually pull Sims from the gallery. They are randomized but without name and traits which wasn't the case before.
They also look so awful that I can't believe a Simmer made them.
Download the new patch? I did, yes. But this bug has been in my game for months, I think my game is just broken. LOL.
Oh no, I’m sorry it’s happening to you. At least you get random sims, I’m just stuck with Wilbur. 💀

I really hope EA fixes this, I miss being able to see other people’s creations within one click. ☹️

Have you tried renaming the user folder yet ? I have, yes. Unfortunately that didn’t work either, and I now fear I will be stuck with Wilbur Wellwhisp forever.
- @FaShanable Maybe it'll start working again. It might be best if you create a new bug report in the bug forum for this. I'll then merge the rest of this thread into this.
There's a template you need to fill out which is why I can't just move.
