So it only happens on Sylvan Glade to you ? Any of the other secret locations ?

I just tested: it also happened in Forgotten Grotto, and actually, it also happened in Willow Creek Park. So no hidden lot needed, simply the function of bringing someone over by clicking their icon. The sim who did the actual traveling there works as intended, but the sims brought over with the click on icon and choose that option get zeroed, then catch up. Even in Willow Creek Park.
