I’m having this issue since the first Life & Death patch. There’s coffee cups everywhere.

Same here. Cupcakes and coffee cups are everywhere on the ground. There are also cluster of food plates. The festival are overlapping and not despawning.
Same as me. The latest update broke my saves and made me infuriated because it is no solution in making every f* time new game after update because devs someting break but this is usally their "great" recommendations for the problems. The game is ridiculously overpriced as something with so big amount of bugs. I lost over 80 hours of gameplay on one save I was lately played because teh game crashes after it cannot take more bugged objects on screen and I guess i won't get my saves back -_-. Made new save but the situations starting happening again.
