Hi all,

I recently purchased For Rent during the September 2024 sale. I played with a pre-made Sim in Tomarang and when it came time to pay the rent, there was no option to do so on the mailbox, her phone or computer. I'm now getting notifications that her power and water will be turned off soon as a result. This has essentially made the pack unplayable and definitely not worth what I paid, even at a discounted price. Is there a fix for this or is EA pretending everything is good and the pack works perfectly fine?

    This appears to be an open issue at EA Answers. Can't Pay Bills/Rent (Tenant) - NEEDS SAVES

    I recommend that you add a Me Too to that topic and read through it to see if there any workarounds or suggestions. You could also share your save file if you don't mind doing that. There are instructions on how to do that near the beginning of the thread.
