@crinrict - It was newly built from an empty lot in Tomarang. I was trying to move in the first tenant. The other pre-built lots were showing normal on the move-in screen and mine was also showing normal on the world view but not when attempting to move someone in. It has corrected itself since, several hours later, but if it happened once, it could happen again. I'm not sure what affect it would have if I move someone in when the rent is showing as 0.
- crinrict2 years agoHero+@iamsweetmystery I was able to duplicate it when moving in someone from the household manager into a lot where I had evicted someone through the map but on a fresh save it was fine.

@crinrict - Might be one of those random hit-or-miss bugs, but at least you were able to duplicate it. This wasn't a fresh save in my case, but the landowner Sim, the building and the World were all brand new. It did stop on its own, but it might be something that comes and goes unpredictably. Too soon to tell exactly what's going on.
- crinrict2 years agoHero+@iamsweetmystery There is a known issue where lots show up as 0 if someone dies on the lot so it could be connected.

@crinrict - Not sure how it could be connected, since everything is brand new, but perhaps something in the glitched code could have bled over into rentals. The building is in the new world, Tomarang. A new building built from the ground up on an empty lot. A newly created character made after the pack released. I can't fathom what could connect them, but I'm no programmer by any stretch of the imagination.
