is it setting up I had that issue you have to get the sim to get left head before the milestone will work

The infant has received the lift head milestone, before and past the issue.. it’s the only milestone they’ve achieved since the problem began.. I think it’s because I made a household in their gameplay to interact.

- @Kelloggs0327 Did you try resetting the infant or moving out and back in ? Did you test other infants ?
the suggested movement milestone for the infant try doing that one and see if it gets unstuck that's what helped me I think it does not count as a milestone to the game because there not suppose to be able to do what ever it is yet
