Re: [ARCHIVED] Houses/Lots disappear/Error 800 or 801

my sims 4 hasn't been working for about 2 weeks. whenever I click to play on a household it loads and the houses aren't there. which means I cannot play the game as there is no houses/community lots I can go on.

    I've been having the same problem. My sim was in labor and we went to the hospital but it was not there. Any NPC homes I travel to are also gone. Haven't played in 2wks, I miss my sims.

    Did you save your game this way ?

    If not, can you just restart and see if they are back ? If they are still gone, can you go to build mode to see if they are gone there too ?

    Try deleting the game then download it again, it might not save. If that doesn't work then i dont know what else.

    I have the same issue? Any fixes? Its all expansion pack buildings! They just disappear???? I just bought but now I want to return.
