I'm on console and I'm also having the issue with the ranch hands. I hired one, and it seemed OK for a few days in game, but then one day he never went home. He never seems to get tired or anything. And then more of them appeared. I think I have three now.

    I have an issue where every time I reload the save, even just traveling to and from the lot, the ranch hand changes. I get a notification that I have hired a new ranch hand, and the old one is still there if I reload the save during the working hours, 7am-7pm. It's very annoying.
