Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? every time my sim is a temporary ghost. I haven`t tried him to die yet.
What is your current game version number? fresh after the life and death expansion release (I don`t know where I can find it)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all the expansion packs, all game packs, all stuff packs and few kits (modern luxe, book nook, basement treasures, desert luxe, blooming rooms, country kitchen, bust the dust)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? During the favor "essense-trials"
What happens when the bug occurs? Everytime my sim is a temporary ghost I tried good and bad ghostly interactions to recieve the essense but with no luck to get one in the inventory with the pop up that I should get some (as the picture provided)
What do you expect to see? to have the essense in my inventory as it should be
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? without mods or CC
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? I don`t know if it was working since it`s first time i was on this favor.
