The maid that’s regularly scheduled does not clean up all used dishes. They constantly take out the trash but leave everything else pretty much dirty.

- @x_embee10 Same. I hired a maid to clean my apartment and shared area (my sims live in a rental) and the maid is doing barely the minimum. She doesn't clean everything. About me: I play using windows and I only have two mods (pose player and pose packs).
This issue with the nannies not doing their job showed up again after the Jan 14 update. Infants nearly taken away while at home with nanny.
I started a 100 baby challenge on a fresh save in non-modded game for this. The bug occurred immediately after hiring a nanny. Nannies only take care of the babies and completely ignore the needs of infants and toddlers. Nannies don't appear to be on the lot at all while my active Sim was away visiting another household, even when I left them there. They only do their job while active Sim in on the home lot. There was no option given to send the infants to daycare (the nanny was on the home lot BUT before it has also given the option to continue hiring the nanny OR send to daycare when traveling off-lot).
Other observations during the time of this bug: changing diaper on infant without the changing table doesn't clear dirty diaper, "clean up" interaction does not clean dirty infant, carrying infant is throwing posture errors constantly, nannies don't autonomously change infant or toddler diapers, nannies don't feed toddlers when there are infants on the lot, nannies neglect their own needs, non-active Sims stand twitching near spawn point, everyone's needs are decaying at alarming rate.
Another issue that occurred during the time of these bugs: the other parent of the infant in need does not take care of their baby while visiting the lot. They used to at least feed their children. The dads in this challenge don't live in the same household. Umber Grove did not even say hi to his twins before going straight to the tv and eating all my food. Previously they have cared for their babies' needs while visiting, so this issue is new. This happened both when he was the only npc on the lot (no nanny present) and with nannies present.
