What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? None
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into live mode with a sim wearing the grim reaper base game tattoo from the reapers rewards event.
What happens when the bug occurs? The new grim reaper tattoo from the reapers rewards event looks very low quality while in live mode, but while in cas it looks normal (high quality).
What do you expect to see? The grim reaper tattoo from the reapers rewards event quality in live mode to match the quality of the tattoo that is in cas.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

This happens on all of my sims that I give this tattoo to not just the one in the photos
