Re: [ARCHIVED] Reapers rewards: grafting not producing orchids or pomegranates

Having trouble with this as well. I have an apple tree with cherry grafted onto it to produce pomegranates and BOTH a lily plant + grafted snapdragon and snapdragon + grafted lily to produce orchids. That spliced lily plant didn't produce any orchids in at least 2 in-game weeks, not exactly sure about the other two. To be clear, I haven't got any of the new species for the event by grafting so far.

It's very difficult to tell if some probability based feature is actually bugged when said probability is low but personally I remember getting new varieties by grafting more easily in the past.

I enjoy the challenge so I don't want to just buy the new seed/plant. Having said that, I hope the probability for getting an orchid from a spliced plant isn't really ~1%. (If my math is mathing correctly, it would mean that the probability of getting at least 1 orchid in 4 weeks of gameplay would only be around 25% which is.. somewhat frustrating.) I'd be ok with something like 3%, really. 10% would already be a bit too easy haha :D
