@c3b77506d96770b7 My event broke now on week 5. This happens: I go in to my save game and saves it as a new game, I play short and realized I want to buy packs on the sale, so stop playing the game while have completed some of the event parts in one of the challenges, there was a letter I guess too that I had not yet read too, it looked like it was delivered and now it wanted me to read it, some items was collected too before leaving game I think. However when I came back to my game after purchase the sale items, and played a while, I realized my letter was not in the box. But another letter, a letter from a fan because my sim is a celebrity. Tried to end game without saving to redo it, and found I had more rewards to collect outside of the game, so I did. Reloaded the game and found my game did not even enter one of the 2 events anymore (the one with the letter). I ended game again and repaired it. But it didn't really help, I got the event back but letter was still nowhere. So found in a forum I could remove my file accountDataDB from documents, so I did and when coming back it said one of the events was complete (the one with one ingredient missing) however I know none of them was complete. Also the one event with the letter was in game and reset, however it directly tells me I get a letter and changes goal to read it - but the letter is never there. Only that fan letter. So right now my event is stuck and I will probably not be able to get my rewards to the end. Feels bad, and like I was punished for buying new packs. I hope EA reads this and helps us get our events working.
