Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When clicking on the reaper the pop up shows that I completed the rewards.
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing
What do you expect to see? Tasks to pop up when I click the reaper.

Please describe the patch or change you made. I disabled my mods and restarted the game.
I have not started on week 5's reaper rewards but it is showing that I have completed it but I have not earned any rewards on it either. I disabled mods and enabled but the issue continues.
