Re: [ARCHIVED] Reaper's Rewards: Quests Not Completing

I noticed the ghost event in bars didn't happen too when I tried to attend it, but I thought maybe it only worked in Windenburg so I checked in a Windenburg bar instead, and once spending a few minutes there a bunch of ghosts finaly attended.
