@_awkwardlezbean Gifting seems to be a bit broken. Reports differ from what is happening but I merged your post with the main bug report.

    None of my sims of any age can ask Father Winter for a present. The option isn't there for any of them, nor is the option to fight for presents. They can gift him one, but they cannot ask for present.

    I am having the same problem.

    It used to work right, but I am playing once again, none of the members of the house can ask Father Winter for a gift yet there is an option to give Father Winter a gift. =(
