I just now started having this problem. I removed all CC and its still happening.

Just curious. What is "CC"?  

It's been a few days since anyone mentioned anything here. Has there been any updates yet? My maid is still waving at the mailbox and walking up and down my front steps. I can't fire him, in fact he's just like a regular NPC now. Except that he's stuck, of course, and reset sim doesn't work on him.

I found a work around, if you invite the maid out some after canceling your maid service, you can go back home without the maid and she won't return.

Maids just keep running between the house and the mailbox. I deleted the NPCs that were showing up but now there are two that keep running back and forth. I deleted both of those and now there are two more. I've had my maid's service cancelled for a while. The rest of my game behaves fine but these maids won't go away.

cc  means custom content.

Sorry. I'm having some bug with the maintenance guys( i think is this in english) I call them to repair something, but he never enter the house. He's stuck in front of my house and never go away, I can't call anymore to repair something because of this, and now I have 4 maintenance guys in front of my house. I tried to stuck them to make them die but they dont feel hunger, I tried to put them in a pool but they dont die either. 

@marimellod Do you a screenshot of the item trying to be fixed? Does you have the doors locked?

Can upload your save game ?

There's no trying, they simply dont come in. I started to lock the door to prevent them to use my things, but I lock after many weeks. I already fix the item because they never did.
