Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?

In my actively played saves, the “naked” underwear is basically present for any sim in any household already, but here are steps to get this issue to appear:

1. Create a new sim in a new household and move them into a lot at once, so that the target household is loaded. [Note: the issue is absent at this point, as can be checked by changing to nude or taking shower/bath.]
2. Trigger game loading, for example:
   1. option 1, works 100%:
      1.       Enter CAS for this household (via any means, including but not limited to: via Simology panel, via Edit button of Manage Households in Manage Worlds)
      2.       With or without any changes in CAS, exit CAS by the Done button
   2. option 2, works not always: “Save and go to Manage Worlds” and then load into this household again (might need to have changed into nude before as a prerequisite, not sure).
3. Change your sim into nude or use shower/bath, to observe the issue

What happens when the bug occurs?

When sim is in nude there is underwear visible under the censor/privacy blocks. Please see screenshots and video attached.

What do you expect to see?

When sim is in nude there isn’t any underwear visible under the censor/privacy blocks.

Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods?

Not now. I’ve removed them.

Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system?

After Sims 4 update 10/22/2024

More information:

1. The Steps above describe a way to see the issue appearing after it was absent before (which is for new sims/households only). The CAS way works for me always, while with other means of game loading (e.g. out and into the household) the case is more complicated, and I’m not sure how to repro that 100%. Looks like having the nude outfit used at least once before is somehow mixed into this.
2. The issue appears as already present (aka underwear already shows in nude after launching the save without extra actions) for sims, played and unplayed, that pre-existed in all of my saves at the time of the 10/22 patch.
3. However, the issue is absent (until e.g. using CAS, that is) in a new save; and also was absent for played and unplayed sims in a “clean world” save with just 1 custom sim, created a looooong time ago and never even edited in CAS. The video I’m attaching was made with such an old save.
4. The issue was absent before ~mid October; then I took a break in regular playing, and returned around November 1st, and almost immediately noticed this issue. That’s why I assume it appeared after and because of the 10/22 patch. The last DLC I’ve installed was in September (Growing Together).
5. The issue reproduces with and without mods, as tested with a new save without any mods/CC.
6. The issue can be worked around with MCCC’s Sim Commands -> Maintan Sim -> Swap Gender Complete (with full outfits regeneration), but after e.g. next CAS the issue is present again. No other MCCC commands seem to help.
