@crinrict it is still the same issue with a different spell caster. Is anyone else that you know of having this same issue? Or is it just me?

Would you mind sending me your save ? Instructions in my signature Hi, I'd like to add that I'm now experiencing this issue, too. Spellcaster is still at Neophyte level, but is unable to gain any perk points or level up further. Have tried reinstalling the game, and have disabled all mods and cheats
I had to install a mod in order to fix the problem. Just look up Realm Of Magic Mods.
