Not experiencing this same bug, but you can make a copy of your Mods folder so that when you're done testing, you can just replace the folder without going through all your mods again.
If you want help, you have to go through the troubleshooting steps so they can help you. Otherwise, it could very well be your mods causing it, and HQ volunteers have no evidence to the contrary.
