Same except I can still make money if I operate the business remotely with the owning household.  That is to say, they don't need to actively be there for the business to operate.  However, if I switch households, then when I come BACK to the owning household, they've only paid expenses, without making any profit at all.  It makes owning the clinic completely unusable.
