I am having this issue, i have lots with gnome trait all works fine, but not where there are pets, i have a dog cat and 2 horses who are never all asleep and the trait doesn’t work, nothing ever gets fixed when all my sims are asleep, so pets are definitely the issue which is rather stupid.
