Seen it & fixed!
ref for readers:
1. Load your game via Load Game and not resume
2. Load your played household in San Sequoia (I haven't tried all other lots but that one seems to load fine)
3. Go back to map and load your lot in Oasis Springs that you were playing. It should now load.
