@Mercy-Jo yes, but Evergreen Harbor has three neighborhoods: Evergreen harbor is a world.
- Grim's Quarry
- Conifer Station
- Port Promise
So if you live in Grim's Quarry, the community space needs to be in Grim's Quarry as well. If your Sims live in say Port Promise and the space is in Conifer Station, then you can't vote. Right right right ok I’m pretty sure I tried it across all three community lots but now I’m second guessing myself. So I’m gonna play through the sim week and try it. This sounds promising though and perhaps I just tried wrong places at wrong times. Thank you for helping
The same thing is happening to me! And yes I vote in my correct neighborhood and tried voting from my mailbox with multiple families in multiple different worlds. As soon as I get the notification that voting is open, I try to vote and all of the slots are filled and it says I can’t vote. I’ve asked my friend if she has any problem and she said the same thing happens to her. And yes, it’s within voting time frame.

On the voting, it has always been that If all empty voted slots are filled then you cannot vote until you repel one of existing and then vote for something new the next time period or use cheats to remove one immediately and then you can vote again.
