@NevendingNewb Yeah, at first I noticed my sim, who's a goofball, started being mean to his fiance and it started to be a little frequent. I moved over to my 8 person family household I just made two days ago and sure enough 4 out of 8 started being mean. NONE of them have the mean trait, like yours their good/cheerful sims, and I keep seeing negation in both friendship and love bars.

Ive noticed that the game is adding these actions automatically.  Under each sims action queue. The game is playable as long as no one talks to my sims pretty much lol.  

@NevendingNewb The only way around it that I can think of is focus on 1on 1 conversations and being able to catch the mean icon in the queue and cancel it for the time being. And here I was looking forward to finally play my new full house save with a new home I just built for them. I usually don't build a lot of houses in Sims because they don't turn out the way I thought they would. Here's hoping they acknowledge this bug and it gets dealt with soon.
