Hi, I didn't receive any notifications about the baby, and she never cried out when hungry, and then suddenly she was taken away from the family, and I only received the notification after coming back into the game. My game wouldn't load, and I got the notification saying the baby was taken away... I kept exiting cause my sim would leave the lot, and the baby would disappear, but I had no way of knowing the baby needed care. This has never happened to me before, but I'm very irked because I was given no notice, no nothing, and then I enter the game to be told the baby was taken, so I can't even exit without saving and then come back in and feed her quickly.
Try loading a backup.
Maybe there's still a backup you can use. Click on the recover save on the menu where you load the save game
