How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
What is your current game version number? Latest version
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Most expansions and game packs, some stuff packs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Staying at my house and saw some strange display far away
What happens when the bug occurs? NPC sim cloth become a broken graphic
What do you expect to see? No broken graphic
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
