I reported the same thing a few days ago.
All my bar tenders look ridiculous, even the ones my own played households. Summer Holiday attends work with blue skin and a fantasy hat.
It was happening before the update as well...
Can you add a posibilty to edit carreer clothes too?

Haven't had this happening in a long while and since patch notes for 1.17 also are supposed to fix this for existing Sims, I'm marking this as fixed
