How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All current expansions, game packs, stuff packs and free stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a dog in active household and try and perform some interactions with it, including walks if in apartment
What happens when the bug occurs? The dog will just vanish into thin air, picture will be greyed out and say the dog is on another lot. This has happened on two different save files. The whistle to call back works but the dog will disappear again after a few minutes, mostly if full speed is used, but also without. If in an apartment, the dog is also unable to use the elevator so the go for walk interaction is made useless as it messes in the flat and doesn’t go anywhere.
What do you expect to see? A dog that stays put and doesn’t randomly disappear, along with being able to use the lift so I can take it for walks and jogs instead of being in one place in my flat.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
