Good morning. I am getting the same bug and error code after having traveled in San Myshuno. I have no mods installed at all.

@crinrict What do you mean by renaming the folder? Which folder? How do I do that? Sorry not really a tech person myself >< need help in this

(the factory reset)

You won't loose anything. Just make sure to not delete any files  and make a backup.

After renaming, repair your game by right clicking on the game in Origin.

Try on a new game with nothing added back first (start new game). If it works, put back your save game and try again. If it still works, you can start putting stuff back.

• Options.ini (or just re-set all your settings manually)
• Tray Folder
• Screenshots/Videos/Custom music
• Rest of the save games (leave out slot_00000001.save which is the autosave and no longer needed - if you still have it)
• Custom content like clothing, hair, skins, make up ....
• ConfigOverride, if you have your own configuration files.
• Mods (one by one, making sure they all still work)

The rest does not need putting back, cause they are mostly cache files that recreate or log files that are not needed for the game.

Good Morning! I am having the same problem with on of the apartments too! I already try restarting the file and moving things in. But it seem to me its the tray folder having the problem. ☹️ I not sure what I need to do next! PLEASE HELP! I even went in to build mode delete everything in the apartment and it still didn't work

I rename the folder, I move everything in one at a time and started the game to see if the problem went away. I thought it was the tray at first. but it seem likes it the save folder. I just reinstalled the game. to see if it works. I am not sure what is going on. 

Hi, at a certain point , when I choose to travel (go home or go to school or any other location) the game crashes and display an error code.

Does anyone know what this code is and why the game crashes ? 

By the way , I have played for mostly 200 hours and never encountered this bug.

I think I have the samle problem. I was just playing yesterday and everything was fine and when i tried to play with the household today i couldn´t travel to this one specific apartment (where they live) I followed the instruction to reset the game to factory settings and found out that I only encounter this problem in that save file. I also repaired the game in origin and moved the family out and back in but I it´s still not working so i don´t know what to do know..

I tested your save and was able to duplicate it. I was also able to fix it (although I didn't do much travel testing to see if it comes back once I was able to load the lot.

I had to delete several rooms (several times, once wasn't enough) but after doing this with the 4 rooms on the pictures, the lot loaded again for me. 

I deleted the whole balcony area room, those little fake rooms and the pool. I don't know if all of them are necessary or if it's just one of them you have to delete several times. Also had of course lots of cc removed as I tried without anything.

You saved me so much time and nerves. I put all of my cc back in the game and deleted JUST the pool and the lot loaded perfectly fine. I really hope that is the end to this problem even though I have no idea why the pool suddenly started triggering the error since it´s been there for weeks... I only tested it once though so we´ll see if it´s permant.

Hello! I'm writing on behalf of my girlfriend as she also has the same error code 132:dad724e4:16f19fc6. 

She is unable to progress due to that error. She has all the additional content and no mods. She is of course very unhappy because she has spent a lot of time creating everything in the game and has spent a lot of money in the game itself.

We have tried to rename the folder, remove all content, so called factory reset, and add it back one by one, tried to repair the game in Origin, basically everything that we found here on forum. Also contacted EA and they recommended we delete Origin folder in ProgramData and AppData. Nothing helps and the error only happens in that specific save, situation and setting.

We are willing to describe, how to reproduce the error and share the savegame as well as anything else needed to reproduce the issue and will be grateful if the error can be pinpointed to some specific furniture, item or combination and the savegame fixed.

So the issue happened in an apartment with pool every time when the character entered the apartment, or if after loading the game the character was already in the apartment then it happened after loading the apartment and pressing "play".

What helped was deleting the pool and some items in sauna of the problematic apartment and then uploading the rooms to the library. Some items had apparently been placed using some trick my girlfriend found online so the items were floating (her description). So having done that, the rooms in the apartment, that we previously uploaded to the library were re-placed back one by one. The issue was gone.

So this particular error seems to have to do with pools in apartments.

If you have this exact message, try deleting the pool and then see if it loads.

General steps you can try if that doesn't help

• Save every room to your library
• Bulldoze the lot
• Place one room after the other back into the apartment. You might need to do some re-decorating. Test after each room
• If the error occurs again, you know which room it is. Rebuild that one from scratch.
