Re: [FIXED] [CL] [SE] Overlapping festivals/Food Stalls

So, I tested this after I emptied my Mods folder and pulled the localthumbcache and could not recreate the issue as it is happening with Mods in my Save.

I started playing at the Humor and Hijinks festival in spring where I had items that did not despawn from a vendor (screenshot shows it) and I stayed until the festival ended. The items stayed but the rest of the festival despawnd.

I played all the way to winter to the Spice Festival and visited every festival but did not stay until the end. At the romance festival/geek con location there where two blank paintings that would not despawn (screenshot shows it).

I was already suspecting the issue is related to a Mod or CC and this seems to prove it. I usually destroy all objects with a Mod when I play, but I would I need to do more testing to find out what Mod is causing it because it is really frustrating as I love visiting the festivals in San Myshuno.

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get to Work, City Living, Romantic Garden, Subcriberperks(pjs)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? This is the first time it’s happened to me, so I’m not sure how you can find it??
What happens when the bug occurs? Multiple duplicate (&more) objects from multiple festivals and regular location objects spawn together. Some objects I believe shouldn’t spawn there, as they are not part of either festival. I counted 8 different speakers all playing different music. 
What do you expect to see? Festivals spawn out when they end and festival items become useable again. 
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? N/A console
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Maybe patch 1.99? It was working fine before that.

I’ve tried staying until the festivals end.
I’ve tried moving into the neighbourhood.  

The planet Honey Pop location is most affected in my save.
The flea market gets a couple duplicates and random spawns that shouldn’t be there but they are clear up. Humour festival also clears up. 

The Romance Festival is simply NOT leaving but you can buy it’s swag 24/7, the other multiple stalls can’t be used.
