Re: [FIXED] Clutter items not showing up in Build Buy

I noticed 3 kitchen utensils missing in the catalogue and the only way to get them is to search for it. 

that’s obviously an issue as I had trouble figuring out the name. 


this is a BIG issue because I don’t think it’s just Base Game and there may be more. 


i noticed that everyday clutter is missing items and I know the plant from Pastel pop is missing too!

I don’t know if that’s it or more.

I play on PC and this was the January 14, 2025 update

    I came to report the same thing. The three items you've mentioned and I also noticed the it with 'Not so simple pen holder' and 'ceramic cookie jar'. I'm worried there might be more but those were the ones I noticed. Missing from the catalogue and can't be duplicated with the eyedropper. I didn't know the names of items to search them, so I had to find them in styled rooms.

    Missing and hard to find items after the latest update (Januari 14 2025).
    Most of the hard to find clutter items that used to be found under Objects by room/Kid’s room/Clutter can now only be found under Objects by function/ Show all at the very end of the list but only if you also search for one of the items by name first!!!! But there’s also at least one item that I haven’t been able to find at all? Like the career locked kitchen item (round spice rack) It’s still in the game somewhere but I haven’t been able to locate it and I don’t now the name of the item. No name shows up when I put my cursor over it.

    Hard to find items include:
    • Countertop Kitchen Utencils
    • Ceramic Cooki Jar
    • Men’s Cologne
    • Shake Your Holiday Shakers
    • Not So Simple Pen Holder
    • Caress Pitcher
    • Pretty as a Pitcher
    • Pro Quality Knife Set
    • Softy Brand Tissues

    Missing item:
    • round spice rack (unlockable through the culinary career)

    I only checked Base Game items so who nows how much items are missing!!!!

    I've been having the same issue with the Everyday Clutter Kit! Items are missing when you sort by just the kit, such as the mugs and phone, and can only be accessible by searching them up. Even then, you can't use the eyedropper tool on certain items. It seems that sine items aren't correctly labeled and don't show up in their respected categories such as clutter.

    Thought I had installed the kit incorrectly at first!

    I noticed it too. 

    I mostly missed the stuff from the Everyday Clutter kit and there is indeed a plant missing from the Pastel Pop kit.

    Seems to be different items missing for different people? I watched James Turner build and his catalogue looked a bit different from mine? Two items that showed up in his Room by function/ Show all doesn't show up in mine?( I'm talkiing about basegame only now) One (The note book) I can find under Objects by room/ Kid's Room/ Clutter so that's alright but the spice rack is nowhere to be found. How can it be different for both of us since I'm pretty sure he plays on PC as well?

    @AlmaTheAlmighty I found the round spice rack by searching “spice”.. the name is “spice of life spice rack”
    Tbh I didn’t even know that item ever existed. I’ve never seen it even before the update.

    @angryorchards I know it shows up for some people (I have seen it in one of James Turner's videos where he mentioned missing items but it showed up in his catalogue) but it does not show up for me! It's in the game somewhere since I have old lots where I already placed the spice rack (before the update) and its still there but even when I search by the name it does not show up in the search bar or in the catalogue. When I moved my cursor over the spice rack in build mode it doesn't seem to have a name any more! Maybe they're updating the sorting of the items and since it has a very similar name to a spice rack from the Home Chef Hustle pack something went wrong? When I search "spice" I only get the "Kept Spice Rack" and if I search by "spice of life" the Home Chef Hustle one comes up and if I search by "spice of life spice rack" nothing comes up. I have saved it in a room so I can access it that way now at least.
