My sims 4 game has been updated and my mods have all been updated. I played the game fine on Friday and Saturday March 1 and 2nd without issue. On Sunday March 3 when I tried to travel to Newcrest but that world was just a white screen, all the other worlds work just fine. One of my sims owns a business and was able to travel to his business, but he can't travel anywhere else in Newcrest.....please help.
I just had the same issue with my game: when I try to load into Newcrest, the screen goes white and doesn't load up. I tried to do the method with MCCC to try and fix a corrupt lot in the world but it didn't work for me, because I didn't have any sims living in the corrupt lot.
I didn't have any families I was playing with or really anything else overly important in that world so if I just made a new save and went into Newcrest, and it opened up and loaded just fine, so I suspect that the issue is regarding a game pack (not 100% sure what one, but my Newcrest broke after I turned a residential lot into a residential rental lot so it could be For Rent causing my lot to become corrupt) and not a modding issue, because I took out all my mods and tried to load into Newcrest and it still didn't fix the problem.
I haven't tried this idea I had because I don't have the need to because I will just make a new save, but you could try to disable all your game packs from the game before launch (this is how I learnt to do that: https://jamesturner.yt/disablepacks) and then go into Newcrest and either delete the corrupt lot or try and fix it somehow.
