- lcinsightsie3 years agoRising Scout@crinrict Ah I understand. I should point out this isn't my first issue with Conifer Station.
If I start a new game and do modern development in Conifer Station, the Apartment buildings don't change - only the other houses do BUT I noticed if modern development happens in the background (as in I'm playing in Sulani or something but another sim in Evergreen harbour votes for modern development) everything transforms as expected... Until all the buildings disappeared which is why I'm posting in this thread.

@lcinsightsieJust to add on: I re-installed Eco Lifestyle and ran Modern Development + Green Initiative in all 3 Harbour Neighbourhoods. There's already objects missing (no big houses or apartments) but especially in Port Promise I found missing tanks and drums actually under the world rather than in the sky and pieces of pavement on the outer bounds of the map (using cinema camera tab mode)
Really: If the Sims team are reading. I'm at the point I'd rather just have a NAP or a cheat that forces a "permanent design change" (Green or No Green, Modern or Regular) if it's more stable and less prone to these bugs if it's just loading one world map in rather than trying to replace assets on the map and the co-ordinates are going crazy as this hasn't been fixed in such a long time. Having the world gradually change over the week isn't worth it if it's going to cause these issues. If it needs to designed to be more of a flip switch so the map just has permanent 3d meshes and assets then so be it.
