Re: [FIXED] Game Failed to Load - Error Code 123:

I get the same error - it's specifically when I try to travel to the bar in Ciudad, and it seems to be because it as a celebrity hot-spot lot trait? 
I can travel to other lots fine. I played and loaded the lot fine before that latest update. After the update this started to happen. I thought it might have been mods, but removing didn't make it work. Most likely tied to the latest update.

Btw I repaired my game, and it didn't help. 
Also if I go into the world again in map view after I get the error message it says the bar lot is incomplete, but it's not incomplete when I load it via BB.
