I can't seem to send you my save file but it started when I went started an event at a bar on the University expansion pack lot. Upon looking at the lastException.txt file, it looks like it is due to a Desync Error and the desync is caused by an exception raised during the "zone spin up sequence." This error occured when there are multiple conflicting zone director requests, specifically for events associated with the "Bar_CollegeEvent_Robotics" and "Bar_CollegeEvent_ArtSociety". The error originates from the file venue_service.py at line 433. 

The traceback shows the sequence of function calls leading to the error:

Hello, I've never actually used this forum before but I am having an error when traveling to Darby Commons. I am willing to share my save file but cannot figure out how to DM it to you. 

It seems to me like it happens when trying to visit a community lot that has an event of some sort. I've had it happen when visiting the university commons and other areas in Britechester for that reason, but also at lounges with the "Up and Coming Hotspot" lot trait when the "Meet a Celebrity" event is happening. It seems random because the player is often not aware of these events until they get there.

I think you are on to something about traveling to a lot where an event is happening...  the reason I keep seeing it at lounges is that there always seems to be a "Meet A Celebrity" event, or a talent showcase, happening when my Sim tries to travel there (I see the pop-up in the corner for the event, at the same time as the game is dumping me out to the world chooser with the error message displayed)

I can't play the game at all, first it was just lounge now its pretty much every lot i can't load without getting an error

Wow that makes sense. It keeps happening to me when I try to travel to thrit tea. Maybe it's because the fashion show seems to always be going on...

Mine happened when I would bring my sim from their home lot to another lot. It happened at my First lot, and then when I restored the save it happened at the university lot. I was unable to resume the game with that sim and had to delete SUUUUPER frustrating!!

Mine started doing this today when I was trying to travel to Copperdale. 

I'm now also having this issue with the Celebrity events at sunset valley. 
I get a call from a sim that there is someone famous playing at an event. 
I try to go there but hit with error 123. 
I've already had this with Thrift Tea and Britechester pub. 
I do use Better Exceptions and this is what comes up: 

utilities\logging\version_handling.py\version_handling.py

Anything in Britechester crashes 100% of the time in my generation 9 game. Britechester has been working properly in a new game I started, so this is very strange.

I started having this problem on my PS5 this morning while trying to travel to Windenburg for a party. There is also an exclamation point mentioning that the lot is incomplete when it is indeed completed. I have already uninstalled the game and reinstalled it again as well as the add-ons.I am still receiving the same error code.

It also glitches when I open up Social Bunny. It freezes the whole game. I can't do anything but start the game over.

I'm on xbox and it's not letting me do anything just has this code when I try to play error:123:ea3e8ad:5ec086a3

I experienced the error code yesterday and I have been getting notifications that my bills are due whenever I load into a game. I think the error code bug might have caused it, but I’m not exactly sure. 

I got this recently. I had a sim that had graduated high school. The first notification for graduation worked fine, and i was able to travel to it. For some reason, I got another notification for graduation - even though she had already attended. That's the one that gave me the error. 

Any updates to when this will be fixed? 

littlesam aswell as v3377 have both made a temporary  fix for this problem

I see EA's last update was two weeks ago. Is there an update on when this will be resolved? I am experiencing the same issue.
