Unfortunately this is not 100% fixed. In a clean folder with a brand new household I had sent one item to Geo Council which was returned. My Sim sent a second item and did not leave the lot at all for two days. That item and another test item were never returned. A couple days ago I started another save in a fresh folder and items sent did not return.

Medals for completed collections are also not being delivered.

I use Zero CC and Zero Mods (Never have).

Windows 7 operating system on a desktop computer.

What's your game version ? (Main screen lower left corner)

Are you using any mods ? Does it still happen with new items or only the ones you've already sent ?

Not sure what you mean.

In a newly created save items sent to Geo Council are not being returned.

Note: I have all the current EPs/GPs/SPs and have kept patches updated. I also have used the Repair Game option on Base Game which now initiates the Repair function on all the content.

Could you start a new game for testing purposes to check if it's still happening there too.
